The whole client journey, connected: 19 kits from the first email to the retainer. Each one tells you what to write and what to say.
01 · The journey
Five stages, and each kit hands its work to the next. Pick the stage you are in.
STAGE 1 OF 5
“Who is this person?”
STAGE 2 OF 5
“Do they understand my problem?”
STAGE 3 OF 5
“What exactly would I be buying?”
STAGE 4 OF 5
“Is this on track?”
STAGE 5 OF 5
“What happens now?”
02 · Two versions of every page
Every kit has a working version that explains each line, a library of phrases for common objections and a list of the mistakes that lose the sale. You are not left with blank fields.
Drag the handle, touch and slide, or use the arrow keys.

03 · One system
Nineteen kits cover the first email, the discovery call, the proposal, the kickoff, the change order, the monthly report and the renewal. One worked case, Northwind Logistics, runs through 12 of them, so you can see how each document feeds the next.

04 · Complete System
All 19 kits, plus the pieces that connect them: a system guide, a pricing and anchoring guide, a Notion hub specification, a pipeline tracker and a pricing calculator.

Word files (.docx) that open in Word and Google Docs, PDF guides, a Notion-ready Markdown file and a one-page how-to-use PDF. C1, C2 and C3 add an editable executive deck (.pptx and PDF). The Complete System adds two spreadsheets (.xlsx) that work in Excel and Google Sheets.
Yes. Titles in the client versions use the built-in Heading 1 to 3 styles with one color each. Change the style once and the whole document follows. The steps for Google Docs and Word are in each how-to-use PDF. Client versions carry a [Your logo] placeholder and no Kaltvane branding, because you send them as your own documents.
No. All names, companies and figures in the examples are fictional and labeled that way. The kits contain no real client data.
